摘要
心磁图是新的完全无创性经胸多点检测心脏电活动的技术,超导量子干涉仪的问世推动了心磁图的临床应用及技术的改进。在心肌缺血的检测、预后的评估,经皮冠状动脉介入治疗后再狭窄的评价,心室肥厚的判断,胎儿心脏疾病的产前诊断,心律失常的定位及危险分层,以及药物治疗监测等方面,尤为突出。与其它检查手段相比,心磁图具有高度敏感和无创性的特点。
MCG is a fully noninvasive method for the recording of cardiac electromagnetic signals at multiple sites above the chest cage. The clinical applications and improvements of technology in magnetocardiograph is promoted by superconducting quantum interference device sensors, especially in the detection of myocardial ischemia, evaluation of percutaneous coronary intervention effectiveness, estimation of cardiac hypertrophy, prenatal diagnosis of cardiac diseases during fetal life, noninvasive localization of arrhythmia origin, pharmacology safety studies, etc. MCG is high sensitive and noninvasive compared with other methods.
