摘要
现代室内整车道路模拟试验方法及设备日趋完善,各种汽车模拟试验台能够方便、快捷、安全地检测汽车相关性能指标。针对现有道路模拟系统试验台的不足,提出了一种基于滚筒、液压控制系统和相关机构等构成的能够模拟车辆强化试验路面的试验台,对该试验台台架的结构和试验适应性进行了分析,设计了试验台架,阐述了设计方法和重要参数计算方法。该试验台能够模拟车辆强化试验的碎石路、搓板路及扭曲路面,且试验过程中安全、操作方便、自动化程度较高,适应性强,进一步开发可生产出产品。
The method and equipment of the simulating road test for motor vehicles in modern laboratory are more perfect day by day. Every simulating road test bed of a motor vehicle can examine the relevant performance figures of the motor conveniently, rapidly as well as safely. Aiming at the shortages of those existing simulating road test beds, a test bed of motor vehicles for simulating the strengthened test pavement is brought forward, which consists of the milers and the hydraulic pressure system and the relative mechanisms and so on. The structure of the test bench and the test adaptability are analyzed, and the test bench is designed, and its design method and a calculation technique of those key parameters are expounded. This test bed can simulate a macadam pavement, a washboard pavement and a torture pavement to fulfill a strengthened test of an automobile, and there are better performances in security and operational facility and automaticity and test adaptability. The product for a practical test system with the application of the svstem can be further developed.
