摘要
讨论了基于模糊控制理论的变电站电压无功综合控制系统(FVQC系统)的设计方法,给出了一个具体的设计算例,并采用MATLAB Fuzzy Logic ToolBox建立FVQC的模糊推理系统(FIS),运用ETAP PowerStation建立了一个变电站仿真模型,并结合FIS对本文所设计的FVQC以及常规九区图VQC进行了仿真分析,得出模糊控制效果要优于传统的九区图法,能有效地减少分接头的调节次数.
The paper discussed how to design a synthetic and automation control of voltage and reactive power (VQC) based on fuzzy logic control in substation ( FVQC). An example of designing was presented; MATLAB Fuzzy Logic ToolBox was used to set up a Fuzzy Inference System (FIS) of FVQC; and ETAP PowerStation was adopted to build a simulation model of substation. A simulation analysis of FVQC and nine-area method was done by FIS and substation model. The result of the analysis showed that, being able to reduce the adjusting times of transformer taps, the fuzzy control was more effective than the nine-area method.
