摘要
“组织起来,切实维权”是夯实工会工作基础,加强基层工会建设的基础工程。夯实基础要从工会小组入手,小组建设是工会这座大厦的根基。基层工会工作是工会的基础,职工群众在基层,只有做好基层工会工作,工会大厦的基础才牢固,工会才能真正成为职工群众依赖的组织,以激发工会活力,推动全面工作的创新和发展。
To organize workers and to protect their rights conscientiously is the basis of placing trade union work on a sound footing and strengthening the construction of grass - root trade unions. To set up a solid foundation should start from constructing trade union groups, which is the basis of constructing the great giant of trade unions. Work of grass - root trade unions remains the basis of trade unions, since the mass of workers live in the grass- root level. So long as the work of grass - root level of trade unions is well done, the foundation of the whole union system will be solid, trade unions can be trusted by the mass of workers, their activity be inspired and innovation as well as development be guaranteed.
