摘要
目的:观察7.5%氯化钠(NaCl)/6%羟乙基淀粉4ml/kg,6min(G1),10min(G2)注入;4.2%NaCl/6%羟乙基淀粉 4ml/kg,10min(G3)注入对出血性休克犬的影响。方法:15条杂种犬,失血至平均动脉压(MAP)40-50mmHg,维持此 血压1h后,分三组(n=5)分别静脉注入试验液体.观察4h。结果:G1在给药期间发生血压下降,G2无此现象,G1及G2均 发生明显高血钠但抗休克效果欠佳。G3给药后血钠正常且抗休克效果明显好于G1及G2。结论:7.5%NaCl抗休克的浓 度太高。
Objective:To observe the effect on hemorrhagic shocked dogs using 7.5% NaCl/6% hydroxyethyl starch 4ml/kg,6min (G1),10min (G2)infusion and 4.2% NaCl/69% hydroxyethyl starch 4ml/kg, 10rain(G3) infusion. Methods:Fifteen mongrel dogs were bled to MAP 40-50mmHg, and kept at this pressure for 1 hour,then the dogs were separated into three groups (n=5). Each group received experimental solution intravenously and observation for 4 hours. Results:G1 showed fall the blood pressure during the infusion period G2 had not this phenomenon,G1 and G2 developed obviously hypernatremia but the effect of antishock were not better. After infusion,G3 was normal range of Natrium while the effect of antishock was obviously better than that of G1 and G2.Oonclusion:Antishock with 7.5%NaCl,the concentration of 7.5% NaCl was too high.
