摘要
通过分析电除尘器低压控制系统(振打、输卸灰和加热系统)对除尘效率、功率消耗等方 面的影响,提出了基于西门子S7—226型PLC为核心控制元件的一种新型低压控制系统的设计方案, 并进行了软件编程和硬件实现。使用西门子S7—226的PLC(CPU226)开发大型电除尘器的系列化低 压控制系统,提升电除尘器的清灰能力和除尘效果,不仅可以降低烟气中的粉尘,使除尘效率保持在 99%以上,改善大气环境,同时也可以进一步降低能耗。
Analyzing the low voltage control system of electric dust remover (the shakings, supply and unload dust, heat supply system) and its influence on the dust remove efficiency and power consumption. A design plan of new type of low voltage control system which use Siemens S7-226 PLC as its core is brought out. and also a software programming and hardware practice are also made. Through the using of PLC of Siemens S7-226 to develop the serial low voltage control system of large scale electric dust remover and to improve the dust clearing and dust remove function of electric dust remover, and the automatic level of low voltage control system. It not only can reduce the dust in the exhaust gas, make dust removal efficiency keep above 99%, improve the atmosphere environment, but also can reduce the energy consumption.
