摘要
我国电子政务在快速发展的同时存在各部委、单位的系统之间缺乏统一标准,形成了一个个信息孤岛,无法进行数据共享等问题,因此构建一个统一的数据平台就成为了解决问题的关键。文章描述了数据平台的基本架构,并对其系统的实现进行了需求分析与系统设计分析,重点构建与研究了数据平台所包括数据交换服务、数据流引擎及数据中心三个子系统的系统框架。

This article described the data platform basic overhead construction, and has carried on the demand analysis and the system design analysis to its system realization, and key constructed with studies the data platform to include the data exchange service, the data stream engine and the data central three subsystems system frames.
