摘要
扭矩测量是传动线路中的重要内容之一,通过扭矩的分析,可以获得整个传动系统的性能参数。扭矩测量比其他力学量测量复杂,是一个比较薄弱的环节。目前,高精度、高稳定性的非接触式扭矩测量方法是各国机械量测量研究的热点之一,为此,提出了一种基于圆柱体线位移型结构非接触、高灵敏度的扭矩测量原理。介绍了该测量方法的原理与结构。经实验证实:该测量原理可行,所设计的扭矩传感器具有较好的线性度和一致性,重复精度≤0.5%。
The torque measurement is one of important contents of transmission line, The performance parameters of the whole drive system can be gotten by analysis of torque. The torque measurement is more complex than other mechanical quantity measurement, which is a weaker link. The non-contract torque measurement method with high precision and high stability is one of hotpots that research machine quantity measurement in various countries today. Therefore, a non-contract torque measurement principle with high sensitivity based on cylinder linear movement-type was put forward. Introduced the principle of this measurement method and relative structure. The experiment results show: the measurement principle is feasible, the designed torque sensor has better linearity and consistency, repeatability precision is less than or equal to 0.5%.
