摘要
针对我国目前智能交通系统(ITS)的发展现状,参考国外ITS的发展趋势,对地理信息系统(GIS)在ITS中的应用进行了设计。详细阐述了交通管理、公共交通管理、出行信息服务、应急处理、商业车辆运营管理、车辆控制和安全6大子系统的基本功能。借助GIS平台,构建完备和可扩展的ITS数据库,进行了各个子系统的应用设计,形成了融合GIS空间数据管理和智能分析功能的智能交通系统,为ITS领域系统整合提供了一个解决方案。
With on the development of intelligent transportation system(ITS) in China, referred to the trend of other countries and based on GIS, the paper analyses and designs the kernel subsystems of ITS, including traffic management, public traffic management, outgoing information service, emergency and special management, commercial vehicle management, vehicle control and security system. Based on GIS platform, the self-contained and extensible ITS database is constructed, then the subsystems application is designed, so the GIS based ITS comes into being. This ITS architecture can solve the problems that come from system conformity at present.
