α联蛋白和β联蛋白在乳腺癌中的表达及意义

摘要 目的:检测α联蛋白和β联蛋白在乳腺癌组织中的表达,分析其与临床病理特征之间的关系。方法:采用免疫组织化学S-P法检测。结果:乳腺癌组织中α联蛋白和β联蛋白的异常表达率分别为63.0%和61.1%。α联蛋白异常表达与组织学分级密切相关。α联蛋白、β联蛋白异常表达与TNM分期、腋淋巴结转移和术后远处转移显著相关。β联蛋白异常表达与雌激素受体(ER)表达呈负相关。COX多元回归分析显示两种蛋白表达均未能成为影响乳腺癌预后的独立指标。结论:α联蛋白和β联蛋白表达异常与乳腺癌的发生和发展有关,二者是判断乳腺癌侵袭、转移的良好指标。 Objective: To detect the expressions of α- and β-catenin and to study the relationship between their expressions and the clinicopathological characteristics in breast carcinoma. Methods: The expressions of α- and β-catenin were determined by immunohistochemical method. Results: The abnormal expression rates of α- and β-catenin were 63. 0% and 61.1%, respectively. The abnormal expression of α-catenin was closely correlated with histological grades. The abnormal expressions of α- and β-catenin were significantly correlated with TNM staging, axillary lymph metastasis, and postoperative distant metastasis. The abnormal expression of β-catenin was negatively correlated with the expression of estrogen receptor. Multiple COX regression showed the expressions of both α- and β-catenin could not be used as the independent prognostic: indicators. Conclusion: The abnormal expressions of α- and β-catenin are correlated with the development of breast carcinoma and are indicators for determining the invasion and metastasis of breast carcinoma.
