摘要
就业渠道吸纳力与吸引力的矛盾是造成专科(高职)毕业生就业率低的主要原因,就高校和毕业生自身来寻求解决问题的办法有下列三种可选择的途径:根据市场导向,适时调整专科教育专业培养方向;改变以知识架构为核心的人才培养方案,构建以能力为本位的能力培养体系;注重职业生涯规划,改变精英意识心理预期,切实提高就业能力。
The contradiction between the employment channel accommodation and attraction IS the primary reason causing low employment rate for vocational college graduates. There are 3 ways available to solve this issue: to adjust the course subjects with market orientation; to reconstruct the training programs based on knowledge framework and establish the training system for capability education; to change the psychological expectation for elite education with the focus on career planning in order to increase the employment rate.
