重症急性胰腺炎早期肠内营养的护理

摘要 重症急性胰腺炎(severe acute pancreatitis, SAP)是一种常见的急腹症,具有变化快、病程长、并发症多、病情凶险的特点[1],患者多处于高分解状态,需要进行长期营养支持治疗.SAP急性反应期后,与肠外营养相比肠内营养在抗感染、维持肠粘膜免疫屏障、费用低等方面具有优越性,因此提倡使用肠内营养支持[2].我科2003年6月~2004年1月共收治16例SAP,其中急性反应期入院11例,残余感染期由外院转入我科5例,患者急性反应期后10例患者均采用早期肠内营养支持治疗,取得了满意的效果,现将护理体会报道如下.
