摘要 神经肌肉接头(neuromuscular junction,NMJ)作为运动神经元与骨骼肌之间的突触连接,一生中持续经历重构过程。NMJ的形态学变化可受肌体活动程度的影响并与年龄及肌纤维类型相关。目前,国内大部分相关研究主要集中在运动对骨骼肌整体及肌纤维类型的影响,而有关运动对NMJ形态影响的报道较少。就国外有关各种运动形式下NMJ产生的形态学适应性变化的研究予以综述。 The neuromuscular junction (NMJ) forms the communicative link between motoneurons and muscle fibers. Remodeling of neuromuscular junction appears to be a lifelong process. The morphological changes of NMJ may be modulated by activity and also be dependent on age and muscle fiber type. In China, few studies have addressed the effects of physical activity on the morphology of NMJ, because most exercise studies have focused primarily on the changes of whole muscle and muscle fiber type. The purpose of this article is to review the NMJ adaptations that occur with alterations in the patterns of physical activity studies abroad.
