摘要
中药知母AnemarrhenaasphodelojdesBge根茎的乙醇提取物,经大孔吸附树脂柱色谱脱糖、反复硅胶柱色分离、中压柱层析、反相硅胶柱层析分离得到了六个甾体皂甙类化合物,根据它们的理化性质和光谱(IR,FAB—MS,-H-NMR,C-NMR)数据对它们的结构进行鉴定;分别为知母皂甙timosaponinA(1),知母皂甙timosaponinB-Ⅱ(2),知母皂甙Anemarrhenasaponin—Ⅰ(3),西菱皂甙BXilingsaponinB(5)化合物。且各自的提取分离条件不同,其纯度、产率也有差异。
Compounds were isolated from the roots of Anemarrhena asphodeloides by ethanol. The compounds were column chromatography. Their structures were elucidated by physicochemical properties and spectral analysis CIR, FAB-MS ,^1H-NMR ,^13 C-NMR ). There are timosaponinA ( 1 ), timosaponinB-Ⅱ ( 2 ), Anemarrhenasaponin- Ⅰ ( 3 ), XilingsaponinB (5). The perfume essential respectively was extracted by extraction methods.
