摘要
中药知母AnemarrhenaasphodelojdesBge根茎的乙醇提取物，经大孔吸附树脂柱色谱脱糖、反复硅胶柱色分离、中压柱层析、反相硅胶柱层析分离得到了六个甾体皂甙类化合物，根据它们的理化性质和光谱(IR，FAB—MS，-H-NMR，C-NMR)数据对它们的结构进行鉴定；分别为知母皂甙timosaponinA(1)，知母皂甙timosaponinB-Ⅱ(2)，知母皂甙Anemarrhenasaponin—Ⅰ(3)，西菱皂甙BXilingsaponinB(5)化合物。且各自的提取分离条件不同，其纯度、产率也有差异。
Compounds were isolated from the roots of Anemarrhena asphodeloides by ethanol. The compounds were column chromatography. Their structures were elucidated by physicochemical properties and spectral analysis CIR, FAB-MS ,^1H-NMR ,^13 C-NMR ）. There are timosaponinA （ 1 ）, timosaponinB-Ⅱ （ 2 ）, Anemarrhenasaponin- Ⅰ （ 3 ）, XilingsaponinB （5）. The perfume essential respectively was extracted by extraction methods.
