摘要
随着服务贸易领域的逐步扩大,法律服务也体现出向国际化发展的趋势。中国入世后,法律服务市场要在更大范围内对外开放,而目前我国法律服务市场体系的诸多不足,制约了我国法律服务业国际竞争力的增强,需要进一步完善。
