摘要
介绍地理信息系统基础信息库的形成,阐述承担完成北海市地理信息系统基础信息库时所采用的软、硬件环境,基础信息库生成的工艺流程以及基础信息库生成过程中的质量控制。
In this paper, the author introduces how to generate the basic database of GIS, and explicates the sofeware and hardware enviroment undertaken when ASRC carried out to set up the basic database of GIS in Baihai city, the technological process of basic database generation and the quality control in course of its generation.
