摘要
本实验观察了感染旋毛虫后小鼠肝脏氧自由基的变化,结果发现,感染早期,肝脏黄嘌呤氧化酶(XOD)明显高于正常组(P<0.01),感染3天后,丙二醛(MDA)明显升高,且一直处于较高水平(P<0.05~0.01);血清中MDA于感染7天时开始升高,至感染14天时达到峰值,显著高于正常组(P<0.01)。
The level of oxygen free radical in liver and serum was observed in mice during T.Spiralis infected. The result showed that xanthina oxidase(XOD)and malon-dialdehyde (MDA) in liver were increased significantly (P<0.01) after 3 days of infection,and MDA was kept in a high level consistently(P<0.05-0.01), while serum MDA began to be increased at 7 days and reached the high values at 14 days of infection.(P<0.01).
