摘要
自腹泻病人和饮用水源等不同检材中分离到麦契尼可夫孤菌292株.其中产色素麦契尼可夫弧菌25株;该菌在饮用水源中分离的最适水温为6~10℃,0~5℃次之,随着水温的上升其阳性检出率呈现明显的下降趋势.根据该菌的生化学分型模式,292株麦契尼可夫弧菌全部可以分型.分型结果显示人源株和水源株生物型完全吻合,均是Ⅰ型居首位,Ⅷ型次之,表明由该菌引起的腹泻与水源污染有密切关系.
In nine years,292 strains of V.Metschnikoviis were separated from the drinking water source,and five strains are prokucing pigments V. Metschnikovii. The best water temperature in which the.V.Metschnikovii are seperated is 6~10℃.and 0~5℃.The positive rate appears decreasing with the water temperature increasing.In according to the biochemistry type pattern. 292 strains V.Metschnikovii may be divided type.Many source strains are same as water source ones.Type I firstly and Type Ⅷsecondly.It is provided that transmissibility caused by V.Metschnikovii is relative to the water source pollution.
