摘要
11月8日，中美双方在“英国”伦敦签署了两国《关于纺织品和服装贸易的谅解备忘录》。按照该文件，中美两国在协议期内对中国向美国出口的棉裤等21类产品实施数量管理，其中包括11个类别服装产品的10个类别纺织品，其中16个类别为2005年一体化产品，5个类别为2002年以前一体化产品。
China and USA signed the Memo of Understanding on the Trade af Tex tiles and Clothing in London on Nov 8th According to the MOU, China arid USA will quantitatively manage the export of 21 categories from China to USA in the time period agreed by the both sides. These 21 categories include 10 textiles categories and 11 clothing categories,among which 16 categories are integrated in 2005 and 5 categories were integrated before 2002.
