摘要
澄清管理育人的认识误区,深刻把握其本质内涵,是做好管理育人工作的前提;强化高校管理人员的育人意识,明确责任感,是做好管理育人工作的关键;制订和贯彻管理育人工作条例,推动其制度化和规范化,是做好管理育人工作的保证;实行间接管理育人与直接管理育人相结合,优化管理育人方法,是做好管理育人工作的有效途径。
The premise of the management education is to clarify the miscomprehension of the management education and master its connotation;the key is to strengthen the educational idea and the responsibility of the staff; its guarantee is to make and carry out the principles ; the effective way is to combine the indirect management education with the direct management education to better the methods of the management.
