摘要
介绍以TMS320LF2407ADSP为核心控制器对音圈电机进行数字闭环控制的系统研制方法。它用DSP的捕获单元作为反馈装置,通过增量式数字PID控制策略,实现音圈电机的匀速运动和位置控制。该系统通过实验验证能达到较高的精度(速度偏差为5%以内),能够满足麦克尔逊干涉仪中动镜的匀速运动要求。
This paper describes the techonology of a digital servo control system of Voice Coil Actuator based on TI company's TMS320LF2407A DSP.Use the DSP's Capture Unit forms its feedback unit, precise velocity and position control can be reached throuh the increased digital PID algorithm. High precision can be reached through experiments (to velocity, its error is less than 5%), It can fullfiU the velocity demand for Michelson intefferometer.
