摘要
探讨雌激素受体(ER)α和β与骨代谢的不同关系。对ERα和β在骨中的表达、骨相关基因的激活、雌激素对ER的调节以及与骨量维持的关系等的差异进行综述。随着骨龄增长和成骨细胞分化,ERα和β表达水平呈不同趋势的变化过程。ERα和β受雌激素的不同调节而激活转录不同的骨相关基因。ERα可能是雌激素骨保护效应上的主要介导者,ERβ可能对ERα存在抑制而又互补的复杂关系。
