摘要
引发化感作用的化感物质主要是一些分子量为100-300 D的次生代谢产物,其作用强度受化感物质的浓度、分子结构及互作方式的影响。细胞膜是化感物质作用的初始位点,通过膜结构和功能的改变进而影响植物的生理生化代谢活动;抑制线粒体的电子传递或氧吸收从而影响植物的呼吸作用,降低受体植物的光合速率或减少叶绿素合成,降低酶的活性和功能,促进或抑制受体的激素代谢。化感物质与受体DNA紧密结合在一起, 阻止DNA翻译、转录及蛋白质的合成。
Allelochemicals are some secondary compounds of molcular weight 100 -300 D, their effects varied with the concentration, molecular structure and interactive models. Membrane maybe a primary site by allelochemical action,it is a starting point for the multiple actions of these compounds ; Allelochemicals inhibit respiratory by blocking mitochondrial electrons flow or oxygen uptake, reduces photosynthetic rate in receiving plants or affect photosynthesis by altering chlorophyll content, decreased emyzs activities. Allelochemicals can intercalate in DNA strongly, affect DNA translation and transcription, protein biosynthesis.
