摘要
给出影响系数法平衡挠性转子及其轴系时一种平衡量的计算方法──摄动最小二乘法,该方法既可以有效抑制测振点最大残余振动,又可以维持整体残余振动较小即各测振点的残余振动平方和最接近最小二乘法的水平。通过算例将该方法与目前常用的最小二乘法、加权最小二乘法和极小化最大残振法进行比较,结果表明,摄动最小二乘法是对最小二乘法的有效修正,在一些场合可以取得比加权最小二乘法和极小化最大残振法更好的平衡效果。
A calculating method for dynamic balance corrections, called perturbation least square method (PLS), was proposed when using the influence coefficient method to balance flexible rotors and rotor systems. PLS can not only reduce the maximum residual amplitude of the vibration measuring point, but also maintain the lower whole residual amplitude, namely keep the sum of squares of the residual amplitudes at every vibration measuring point closest to the level of the least square method. Through a calculating example, PLS was compared with the least square method, the weighted least square method and the minimum maximum residual amplitude method, which are widely used currently. The results show that PLS is an effective correction to the least square method and in some cases PLS can obtain better balance effects than the weighted least square method and the minimum maximum residual amplitude method.
