摘要
采用PPS粉粒、二苯醚、酮制成一定配比的悬浮液,与连续碳纤维浸渍,以点加热方式去除溶剂,熔融PPS粉粒,获得PPS/CF预浸带,并压制成单向复合材料。通过电镜、短梁剪试验和断裂韧性测试,对预浸料和复合材料进行了质量评定。结果表明,用悬浮法制备的预浸带浸渍效果良好,复合材料中纤维分布均匀,界面粘接状况较好,具有很高的韧性。
The slurry was prepared by the mixture of polyphenylene sulfifde (PPS) powder,diphenyl ether and acetone,then impreganted with continuous acrbon fiber. By the means of point heation, PPS/CF prepregs were obtained with the removal of solvents and the meltion of PPS particles,and unidirectional compcisites were laminated. By microscope, short bcam shear test and fracture toughness test, the quality of tow and composites was evaluated. The prepreg made by PPS sherry have good impregnation.the distrubition of packing fiber is regularin composites; interfaces between matrix and fiber have a satisfied bonding, and the toughness of composites is very higher than thermoset composites.
