摘要
塑料制品的几何形状各异,模腔内的流动复杂,导致价格昂贵的模具开发费用。通过流变学方法对充模过程进行定量模拟,可以为模具设计与注塑工艺优化提供定量依据。对注塑成型有关的数学模型作了讨论,给出了充模、保压和冷却3个阶段的数学模型,讨论了流道流动和三维薄壁模腔流动,还对反应注射成型计算机模拟作了讨论。此外,对热模具和冷模具中的流动模型分别作了讨论,同时给出可变热容法处理固化层问题的数学模型。
Due to the complexity of flow in various cavity of mold in injection molding,the mold design and fabrication was very expensive.Computer simulation can improve the mold design and optimize processing conditions.Mathematical models for filling, packing, and cooling stages of injection molding are reviewed,including one dimensional models for flow channel and two dimensional models for three dimensional thin parts of variable thickness.The models are examined with respect to cooled or hot mold. The models for crystalline polymers are also discussed.The variable thermal capacity method for solidification in cooled mold has been examined. Simulation of reactive injection moldiing is also discussed here.
