摘要
研究了有益微生物制剂调控下,斑节对虾生长周期内,池水中CODMn和BOD5的变化规律。结果表明,CODMn和BOD5的动态变化大致分为3个阶段:前期在低浓度下缓慢增长,中期由较低浓度向较高浓度快速增长,后期在较高浓度波动,回归分析结果显示二者呈显著的线性正相关关系(P<0.01)。在养殖后期,未投放微生物的对照池中CODMn和BOD5浓度比投放微生物的试验池中有所增高,分别增高约9%和21%。
The chemical oxygen demanded (CODM,) and biochemical oxygen demanded (BODs) in the shrimp pond water during the culture of Penaeus monodon was determined in this paper. The results showed that the CODMn and BOD5 varied when the shrimp grow. The CODMn and BOD5 were increased slowly at low concentration in the first period, but fast rose to higher level during the middle period, and waved at higher level finally. The positive relationship between CODM. and BOD5 was significantly showed by the correlation analysis (P 〈 0.01 ). After the middle period, the concentrations of CODMn and BOD5 in the control pond, in which the usable microorganisms was added, were higher 9 % , 21%, respectively than those in the test ponds added the t/seful microorganisms.
