摘要
现代教育技术给高校的教学改革和教学发展带来了前所未有的驱动力,同时也出现了许多问题:教师教育技术理论缺乏,教学设计能力有待提高,媒体技术薄弱,教学过程中师生之间的互动和交流有待加强,过分强调教育技术的重要性,资源建设落后,缺乏相应的教学评价体系和激励机制,现代教育技术人才队伍建设相对滞后,等等。这些问题在各高校中有共性也有个性,需要我们结合教学实际和教学改革不断探讨,去发现问题、解决问题,提高现代教育技术的应用水平。
The educational technology powered higher education very much. But something occurred at the same time. For example, teachers needed to know much more theory about the educational technology, teachers＇ ability about teaching designs must be improved, and teachers knew little about multimedia technology, and so on. This article explores these problems and gives the methods to solve these problems.
