摘要
循环经济是当前世界经济发展的主要方向,已被我国确定为今后经济的发展模式。包装工业在上世纪90年代就已提出大力发展绿色包装的口号,绿色包装和循环经济具有相同的本质,因此本文以包装工业为点,探讨循环经济的内涵,基本原则和评价指标体系。
Recycle economy is the main direction of the development of world economy, and now it is the economy developing pattern of our country. Packaging industry has put forward the slogan of making great effort to develop green package. Green package has the same essence with recycle economy, so on the basis of packaging industry, this paper discussed the connotation, the basic principle and evaluation indexes system of recycle economy.
