摘要
对酒精润湿的原理进行了深入的阐述,列出了酒精润湿液的一般配方,讨论了酒精用量和润湿效果之间的关系,从而得出了酒精润湿的特点;并分析了马口铁的性能及其印刷特点,对酒精润湿系统在马口铁印刷中的应用进行了研究,对我国特种印刷业有一定的指导作用。
This paper deeply elaborates the principle of alcohol dampening, listing the current formulae of alcoholic wetting liquid, discusses the connections between the alcohol dosage and the effect of the wetting agent, and educing the characteristics of alcohol dampening accordingly. The functions of tinplate and the characteristics of its printing are equally analyzed, and the use of alcohol dampening system in tinplate printing is also studied and discussed. The result is instructive to the special printing enterprises.
