超临界流体干燥制备超细Pr6O11

摘要 以化学纯氧化镨和氨水为原料,用“溶胶-凝胶”法结合“超临界流体干燥”技术制备超细镨气凝胶。在850℃煅烧镨气凝胶,用XRD和TEM进行表征,重点考察超临界干燥、煅烧对镨气凝胶晶态、形貌和尺寸的影响。结果显示:超临界干燥可制得分散性好的疏松黄色Pr(OH)3柱状结晶体,其长度介于0.3~0.8μm之间,宽度介于20~70nm之间;850℃下热处理,Pr(OH)3柱状结晶体热解得到超细Pr6O11晶粒,且柱状结晶体因烧结发生一定程度粘连。 The praseodymium aerogel is prepared by using sol-gel and superitical fluid drying(SCFD)methods from Pr2O3 and NH3 · H2O as raw materials. The praseodymium aerogel is calcined at 850℃ in air after SCFD treatment. The samples are characterized by XRD and TEM techniques. The influence of the preparation craft is examined on the praseodymium aerogel crystal structure, features and dimensions. The result shows that (1)the SCFD method can yield yellow, well-dispersed nanometer Pr(OH)3 powder, it is composed of column particles, the length of the column particles is about 0. 3-0. 8μm, the width of the column particles is about 20-70nm, (2)at 850℃, calcining the praseodymium aerogel, nanometer Pr6O11 can be prepared; (3)SCFD technique solves the “reuniting” problem in the preparation craft of nanometer Pr6 O11.
