摘要
采用高温熔融法,在硼酸盐玻璃的配合料中引入抗菌剂磷酸银,一次烧制成抗菌玻璃材料,通过对硼酸盐玻璃的抗菌性能和缓释性能进行分析的结果表明:制备抗菌硼酸盐玻璃时,合适的银含量为1.5%~2.0%(wt),处理温度在1100—1400℃即可获得良好的抗菌效果和缓释性。
By adding silver phosphate as antibacterial into the batch of berosflicate glass,the authors have prepared the antibacterial glass in high temperature melting furnace. The paper analyzes these nature of borosilicate glass in antibacterial characteristics and stability. The results of the experiment indicate that it contributes to achieve the better antibacterial effect and stability. The antibacterial durability when 1.5% - 2. 0% (wt) silver phosphate is added in berosilicate glass and the firing temperature is controlled at 1100 - 1400℃ during preparing the inorganic antibacterial berosilicate glass.
