摘要
以水玻璃和硝酸铵为原料,用固相法制备了二氧化硅超细粉体.并用SEM、XRD对粉体进行了表征。结果表明,粒子呈球形,粒子直径为70-80nm。固相法操作方便、合成工艺简单,是一种制备高产率单分散超细氧化物的有效方法。
Using water glass and NH4 NO3 as raw materials, ultrafine silica powders can be prepared by solid-state reaction . The powders are characterized by SEM, XRD. The results show that the particles sizes of the samples are 70 - 80nm and their shapes are ball-like. The solid-state reaction technique is a convenient, inexpensive and effective preparation method of high yield monodisperse oxide ultrafine powders.
