摘要
规制经济学是近30年来西方经济学中一个比较活跃的研究领域,特别是有关规制改革的研究更是一个热点。作为基础产业的重要组成部分,教育产业是比较典型的经济规制部门,但是,在我国教育规制中,“规制失灵”的现象却并不少见。因此,必须强化教育监督,建立一套合理的监督机制,并通过对规制者合理地规制来进行改革。
In recent 30 years, the economic regulation has been an active research field in western economics. Especially the research on regulation reform is a hot spot. As an important part of foundation industry, the education industry is a typical economic regulation. However, the phenomenon of “the failure of regulation” is not certainly rare in the education regulation of China. So, it is necessary to strengthen the supervision on education and establish a systematic supervision mechanisms, carrying out the reform by reasonably regulating the regulator.
