Strengthening Mechanism of Beta Titanium Alloys

摘要 β钛合金是超高强钛合金的理想选择,其强化取决于该合金具有的晶粒和亚晶粒尺寸以及第二相的性质、体积比、分布特征等微观组织结构因素。其具体的强化机制包括位错强化、固溶强化、细晶强化及第二相强化,综述了这4种强化机制及其相互之间的影响。 Beta titanium alloys are an ideal candidate for super high strength titanium alloys. The strengthening of beta titanium alloys is determined by the microstructural factors such as size of grain or sub-grain and feature, volume fraction and distribution of second phase. The strengthening mechanisms of beta titanium alloys including dislocation strengthening, solution strengthening, fine grain strengthening, second phase strengthening and the mutually effect of the four modes are reviewed in this paper.
