摘要
目的:探索应用中医药治疗中老年男性部分雄激素缺乏综合征(PADAM)的有效性及安全性。方法:对30例PADAM患者予口服中和汤煎剂,于治疗前后记录症状评分、血清TT、FT及PSA水平。结果:治疗后体能和血管症状、精神症状及性功能减退症状评分均有明显改善(P<0.001),TT、FT水平均有升高(P分别<0.001、0.002),PSA水平无明显变化(P>0.05),除轻微消化道症状外,未发生明显的毒、副作用。结论:中和汤有较好的治疗P A D A M的作用,且无雄激素补充治疗所常有的副作用及禁忌症。
Objective：To exanaine the effect and safety of Zhonghe decoction in the treatment of PADAM. Methods： 30 patients with PADAM were treated with ZhongHe decoction, and recorded symptom grades and the levels of TT, FT and PSA before and after the treatment.Results： symptom grades including physique , vessel , mentality and sexuality were all improved, and TT and FT were increased （P〈0.002）. PSA had not distinctly changed（P〉0.05）. During treatment, severe side effects was not observed except mild uncomfortableness of digestive system . Conclusions： Zhonghe decoction is effective and safe for the treatment of PADAM.
