摘要
劲芯搅拌桩是由搅拌桩和钢筋混凝土芯桩组合而成的新型桩,为掌握其荷载传递机理和承载力影响因素,进行了19根桩的荷载试验;并对劲芯搅拌桩的P-s曲线进行了数学描述和最优化分析.研究表明:劲芯搅拌桩的承载力高于同等条件下的水泥搅拌桩和钻孔灌注桩;通过桩的P-s曲线的数学描述和优化方法可以得到桩的极限承载力和破坏荷载;计算和实测都表明劲芯搅拌桩具有较高的承载力.
Entrusting a professional management company to manage construction project is a new mode which is being popularized in China. Taking a country choosing the mode of management for investing a large-scale project as an example, how to make the best use of social resources and how the project proprietor controls the project effectually meanwhile improving the management benefit and efficiency are analyzed, and a mode of management that how to take policy decision, implementation and supervision is put forward, which is implemental and realizable.
