摘要
采用免疫组织化学方法观察游泳运动和增龄对小鼠骨保护蛋白表达的影响。研究表明,骨保护蛋白的表达由青年期向成年期增龄过程中出现增加,但由成年末期向老年前期增龄过程中出现下降趋势。运动使骨保护蛋白的表达出现增加,其中,隔日运动对骨保护蛋白表达的影响较每日运动要明显。
Through using the method of immuno-histochemistry,this paper observed the effect of swimming and age increasing on osteoprotegerin of rat. The result showed that the expression of osteoprotegerin tended to increase from adolescence to adult. However,from the later phase of adult to early elder,there was tendency to decrease. Exercise can increase the expression of osteoprotegerin,especially for alternative day's exercise.
