摘要
从经济、生态、社会三方面介绍了煤矿矿区的可持续发展,分析了煤矿矿区资源开发的生态环境效应,提出了煤矿矿区生态恢复的三个目标。
This paper discusses on the sustainable development of the coal mining areas from economic, ecological and social aspects, analyzes on the eco-environmental effect of the development of the resources in the coal mining areas, and puts forward three targets of the ecological recovery in the coal mining areas.
