摘要
介绍了Window2000操作系统的体系结构和在Win-dows2000下实现PCI接口设备驱动程序架构的方法。针对基于PCI接口芯片PCI9054和通用异步收发器(UART)SC16C754设计的串口通信卡,给出了利用DriverWorks开发WDM(Win32DriverModel)驱动程序的主要细节。实验结果表明,运用DMA传输方式,本地速率可达到24.45MB/s,大大提高了实时响应速度。
The structure of Windows2000 and the method of implementing driver design of PCI interface device based on the operating system are illustrated. For the scheme of serial communication card with PCI interface chip PCI9054 and universal asynchronous receiver/transmitter (UART) 16C754, the corresponding main driver design detail is given with developing and debugging tool DriverWorks. The test result shows that local rate can reach 24.45MB/s with DMA transmission mode, which improves the real-time response speed a lot.
