摘要
以清洁发展机制的游戏规则和云南林业现状为研究背景,分析了云南林业在申请碳汇项目方面可以获得的利益以及在申请该项目方面所具有的优势,并进一步探讨了目前云南申请该项目面临的问题,最后针对相应的问题提出建立省级碳汇交易协调小组、理清游戏规则,注意谈判动向、作好基础研究等建议。
Based on the rules of Clean Development Mechanism （CDM） and the actuality of Yunnan forestry, this article analyzes the advantages if Ytman province applies for CDM project and the benefits Yunnan province could get from Carbon Sequestration project. Therefore, the author does more research on the questions may be confronted with when Yunnan applies for CDM Project, and then puts forward corresponding measures.
