摘要
把科技资源分为三个部分,即创新资源、竞争资源和潜力资源。在此基础上,建立了一个指标体系分析福建和台湾的科技资源。根据对两个区域科技资源的优劣势比较,阐明了加强闽台科技资源整合的思路。
This paper divides science resources into three parts： innovation resources, competitive resources and potential resources. On this basis, a three-class index system is established to evaluate science and technology resources of Taiwan and Fujian.
