阐述了网络环境下,图书馆员继续教育的必要性,探讨了图书馆员继续教育的形式、内容及措施,并且强调继续教育对提高图书馆员素质的重要性等。
This thesis discusses the necessity, forms, content and measures for librarians＇ continuing education under cyber circumstances. The importance of improving the guality of the librarians through continuing education is also stated.
