摘要
免疫组化目前已广泛应用于肿瘤病理诊断,包括:对肿瘤组织起源的鉴别及未分化恶性肿瘤性质的判定;各种形态细胞肿瘤的鉴别诊断;确定转移性肿瘤的原发部位;各类淋巴瘤的分型依据及淋巴组织增生性疾病与淋巴瘤的鉴别诊断;对微小转移病灶及时准确地发现及其他各系统肿瘤的诊断。正确使用该方法的关键是选择合适抗体,正确判定结果,还要结合传统的形态学观察对肿瘤进行综合判定。
Immunohistochemistry has already been widely applyled in tumor pathological diagnosis, including differentiation of tumor tissue origin and determination character of undivided malignant tumor, differentiation diagnosis of all kinds of cell tumor, determination the pfimary sites of metastatic tumor,warrant of all kinds of lymphoma and differentiation of adenoid hyperplasia diseas and lymphoma,detection tiny ambulant focus in time and diagnosis other various system tumor. The pivotal point of this method was choose appropriate antibody, accurate determinating result, combine traditional feature observion for the sake of general determination to tumor.
