摘要
私募基金的出现与发展是我国制度变迁的必然产物。文章通过分析我国私募基金的现状、私募基金市场存在的问题,提出我国发展私募基金的几点对策。
The emergence of Privately placed funds and its development is the natural product of the changing systems in our country, this paper analyses the present situation and the problems in the market of the privately placed funds, and proposes some countermeasures to the development of privately placed funds.
