摘要
本文阐述了泵送/湿喷两用机的工作原理,并介绍了PBT20型湿喷机的控制系统。实践证明,用AT89S51单片机组成的控制系统,具有很高的可靠性和稳定性,较好的克服了现有湿喷机出料间歇大和排量不可调等缺陷。
This article describes the working principle of concrete pump/wet-sprayer and introduces the control system of PBT20 wet-sprayer. The practice shows that the control system using AT89S51 single chip microcomputer has high reliability and stability, which overcomes the demerits of long pump interruption and unchangeable displacement of now available wet-sprayer.
