摘要
本研究对20例妇女舌苔脱落细胞的LDH、MDH、G-6-PDH三项酶指标在月经周期不同时相中动态变化规律进行了动态研究。发现月经后期患者性周期中舌粘膜细胞三种酶的活性变化曲线与正常月经妇女酶活性变化曲线有明显偏移;特别排卵前LDH反抛物线状改变是其酶活性变化的独有特征。并以基础体温为准,分析了月经后期的病理特点。为中医妇科舌诊的微观化、客观化提供了依据。
The article dynamicly studied the dynamic changes rule of three enzymes (LDH. MDH.G - 6 - FDH ) in periglottis cells in differerue phases of sexual cycle of 20 cases with delayde menstrual cycle. The results showed that the change curves of three enzymes' activity divi-atde from that of normal women . the special feature of enzymes activity changes was that the curve of LDH took the shape of anti -parabola in preovulatory phase, meanwhile analyed the pathological features of delayed menstrual cycle on the basis of observation on basal body temperature. All these gave a hand to the study of inspection of the tongue.
