本文阐述了能力管理的内涵,分析了与其相关的因素。在此基础上试图建立图书馆实施能力管理的模式,并分析了图书馆未能有效实施能力管理的原因。参考文献5。
The content of ability management has been stated and its related factors have been analyzed in this paper. Based on the analysis, the author tries to establish the mode of library＇s ability management in practice according to the analyzing and put forward some possible reasons why the library cannot implement ability management effectively. 5 refs.
