摘要 目的:探讨学龄儿童对单纯性肥胖的认知及相关行为和生活方式.方法:采用多阶段分层整群抽样,对徐州市8所小学1~5年级学生进行问卷调查与体检,所得资料采用SPSS 11.5和stata 7.0进行统计分析.结果:徐州市学龄儿童及其家长对于肥胖已有一定的正确认知,但还很肤浅,对儿童肥胖的远期危害认识不足;营养知识欠缺,饮食结构不合理;静坐生活方式明显,但尚未对学习成绩和身体机能产生影响;肥胖儿童与家长在对肥胖的认知与控制上存在正相关性.结论:有必要深入探讨儿童肥胖的影响因素,在更高水平上开展儿童肥胖预防的健康促进活动. Objective: To investigate the knowledge about simple obesity and related lifestyle in schoolage children. Methods: A multiple stage stratified cluster sampling was conducted among 8 primaryschools, grade 1 ~ 5 in Xuzhou. The available data ( questionnaire and examination) were analyzed using SPSS 11.5 and stata 7.0 software. Results: There was some correct knowledge about simple obesity in school age children and their parents, but less for them, especially long - term harm to body; shorting of knowledge about nutrition, unreasonable dietary construction and lifestyle for students; no significant effects on children's learning and physical; there were positive correlations on the knowledge about obesity prevention and control in school age children and their parents. Conclusion: It is necessary to explore childhood simple obesity influence factors, develope health promotion, prevent and control the disease on high level.
