价格条款是工程合同双方最为重视的核心条款之一,合理且操作性好的价格条款对工程管理、合同变更、计量支付、工程结算以及保障业主和承包商双方的利益等都将起到重要的作用。本文介绍合同专用条件中价格条款设置时应考虑的因素,全面详细地阐述了价格条款的组成内容和设置原则。
